Photo album of Frank Willem van den Berg's holidays, 1933-1934

Scrapbook with 126 photographs and 18 photomechanical prints, distributed over 42 pages. Between pages 22 and 23 are five menu cards, a brochure for a game, a passenger list, and a postcard of the ship SS Orania. Also included is a brochure about wines from Madeira. Two postcards are loose at the back of the album. The last 29 leaves of the album are blank. Most of the photographs were taken by Frank Willem van den Berg, but some are by Hendrik Herman van den Berg. The album also contains photographic and photomechanical postcards purchased on location. It shows a holiday to Tenerife and Madeira in 1933, a weekend in Bruges, a car trip through Zeeland, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and a trip to England. Most pages contain handwritten captions, partly on separate leaves.
