About this work
The Rich Man lies in a canopy bed, surrounded by doctors and weeping women. To the left, on a table, are vessels and jewelry. Through the doorway, little devils fly, carrying the Rich Man through the air. To the left foreground, an open money chest. The print has a Latin inscription and a Dutch and French subtitle. It is part of a series on the parable of the Rich Man and Lazarus.
