Satirical print on the Bishop of Münster, 1672

Satirical print on Christoph Bernard von Galen, the Bishop of Munster, 1672. In the center of the sheet is Hendrik Hondius' copy of the print 'Beggar's Family' by Lucas van Leyden, also known as Uilenspiegel. A beggar's family on the way, the man carries a bishop's mitre, plays a bagpipe and turns two children in a basket on his back; the boy in front has an owl on his shoulder. In this second state of the print, the main character wears a bishop's mitre and there are numbers 1-7 next to the persons in the image. In the Dutch text in three columns around the image, the content of the print is explained.
