Allegory of the Alliance concluded between the Batavian Republic and France in 1795. In the center, Liberty sitting on a throne, behind her Commerce; on the left, Equality; on the right, Religion (a preacher). On the steps to the left, two children as Commerce and Mechanics; on the right, two children as Brotherhood. In the clouds, the Alliance with the French and Dutch coats of arms. Before the caption with the explanation of the scene.
