About this work

Landscape with Jupiter and his symbol the eagle. Jupiter wears a crown and casts a thunderbolt. In the frame an inscription in Latin referring to the role Jupiter played in the Judgment of Paris. He does not wish to speak out about the goddesses and finds that Paris must pass judgment. Print from a series of six with Gods and Goddesses.
