Triumphal Car of the World

Triumphal chariot with broken wheels, drawn by two winged horses. The right horse has the sun on its head and represents the day (Dies); the left horse is the night (Nox) and has a crescent moon on its head. The chariot is driven by Time as an old man with a scythe and hourglass. On the four corners of the cart sit the personifications of the four elements: Ignis, Terra, Aer, and Aqua with their attributes. In the center, on a standard, stands the globe.
