About this work

Judith with the sword in one hand and the head of Holofernes in the other. Her maid holds a bag open for the head. Behind her is the beheaded Holofernes in his tent. On the right in the background is the Assyrian army camp. Below the image is a Latin reference to the Bible text in Judith 13:9. This print is part of an album.
