About this work

Dress of velvet trimmed with 'blonde' (bobbin lace) or 'blonde de lacets' and gold-colored beads in the shape of olives. Toque trimmed with marabou feathers and gold-colored foliage, from the shops of Mure. Same dress, seen from the back, seated on a tabouret. Print from the fashion magazine Petit Courrier des Dames (1821-1868). Bound (with some pages from Le Journal des Dames et des Modes). 15 January 1827 to 20 March 1830. Incomplete.
