About this work

Woman in 'Robe à la Polonaise' with 'coqueluchon' or hood of the same fabric as the japon. Hat with ostrich feathers, which was called 'Chapeau à la Biscayenne'. Accessories: fan, cord with ring around the neck, bracelet, chatelaine, heeled shoes and rosette. Print from series G. 7e Cahier des Costumes Français, 1re Suite d'Habillemens de Femmes à la mode, Gallerie des Modes et Costumes Français.
