Man with a powdered queue wig, in an 'habit à la française' for spring: knee-length jacket (habit), waistcoat and narrow breeches of the same fabric as the jacket. Shoes with red heels and buckles. As decorations the blue sash and the cross of the Order of St. Louis and the insignia of the Order of the Golden Fleece. Tricorne in hand, ceremonial sword at the left side.
