About this work
View of the Second Sint-Antoniespoort, built in 1636, and its associated bridge in Amsterdam, viewed from outside the city. After the Fourth Expansion and the construction of the First Muiderpoort (1663), this building had lost its function as a city gate. In 1670, it was to be demolished. Dutch text on the verso.
