About this work

The siege and capture of Breda by the States army under Frederick Henry, 23 July - 10 October 1625. Sheet with multiple representations and text pages. In the center top a plate with a view of the besieged city with a prayer by a preacher for the soldiers going to the trenches, below the exodus of the Spanish troops from the city on 10 October. At the bottom a plate with two details of the captures of the Antwerp Gate and the Ginnekens Gate on respectively 12 and 7 September. On the left and right text pages with the articles of surrender and the legend A-M.
