About this work
The siege and capture of Breda by the States army under Frederik Hendrik, 23 July - 10 October 1637. Sheet with multiple depictions and text sheets. Center top a plate with a view of the besieged city with a prayer by a preacher for the soldiers going to the trenches, below the exodus of the Spanish troops from the city on 10 October. Bottom a plate with two details of the captures of the Antwerpse Poort and the Ginnekens Poort on respectively 12 and 7 September. Left and right text sheets with the articles of surrender and the legend A-M.
