Map of the siege and capture of Schenkenschans by the States Army under Frederick Henry, 1635-1636. In the upper left a cartouche with the legend and to the right thereof the title cartouche. In the lower right cross-sections of the entrenchments. Below that a scale: 300 Rhenish rods, 2000 make a common mile of 15 in a degree / 300 verges of the Rhenish 2000 and a league of 15 in a degree. On verso Latin text.
