About this work
Standard-bearer with standard and rectangular shield that offers space for a verse. The standard is decorated with laurel wreaths and curling ribbons. At the level of the rider's head a blank text band is depicted. This man walks in the series of the triumph of Emperor Maximilian I ahead of the group of five court marshals. In the text of the verse, which is missing here, reference is made to them.
