About this work
A soldier, full-length, facing right, carrying a spear (lance) horizontally on his right shoulder. His right hand on the spear. This is the third movement for raising the spear to the shoulder and carrying it horizontally. This print is part of the series of 32 numbered prints of spear-bearers from the Wapenhandelinghe.
