About this work
Fame shows a relief with the portrait of the writer Publius Vergilius Maro. Victoria blows the trumpet. Around the monument for the writer, various scenes from his book the Aeneid can be seen. On the monument, a relief with the death of Dido. On the right in the background, burning Troy with the Trojan horse and Aeneas, who, with his father on his back, flees the city.
