About this work

Satirical print on Maximilian II Emanuel, Elector of Bavaria, as an incompetent rider with a wooden leg climbing onto a horse. Texts in Dutch and French on the sheet beside and below the plate. According to the caption published in Dunkirk by Emanuel Bannus. Part of a series of 19 satirical prints on the French and their allies from the year 1706.
