Joy over the Peace concluded between the Batavian Republic and England, at Amiens on 27 March 1802

Joy over the peace concluded at Amiens on 27 March 1802, between the Batavian Republic and France and Great Britain. On a pedestal stand the British and Dutch maidens with their flags, between them a cornucopia with grapes and grain. Around the monument the exuberant people dance, on the left a man looks over the sea with a telescope, on the right weapons are buried and used to cut bread.
