About this work
Luna, the Moon, raises a hunting horn. In the background a crescent moon. Above the medallion a smaller medallion depicting the constellation Cancer. Below it a half-medallion showing a seated figure holding a mirror. Design for a stained-glass window for the Chamber of Commerce in the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam. Sheet 12 recto from a sketchbook with 45 sheets.
