About this work

Porcelain plate, painted on the glaze in blue, red, pink, green, black and gold. On the flat a group of lucky symbols, including two flower vases (peony, aster, lotus) one of which with a chilong (hornless dragon), scrolls and an incense burner; the rim with a band of leafy tendrils and half-flowers with lacework. Some chips in the rim. Famille rose.
