A fisherwoman from Schokland sitting behind the spinning wheel, spinning thread with which her husband can mend his fishing nets. Second installment of four plates, published in 1804. Part of a bound edition of the series of twenty plates of Dutch costumes in the Batavian Republic at the beginning of the nineteenth century by Maaskamp, ca. 1807.
