About this work

Rectangular piece of natural-colored batiste with openwork edges with lace embroidery, work with drawn threads. In the widest edge stands a pattern with the letter W in a triangular shape surrounded by leaves. To the left and right the triangle is flanked on both sides by a vase of flowers or by a bird with turned head. Between the vase and the bird stands an animal. In the narrower edge a branch with three flowers is depicted with an animal on both sides, alternating with the flower branch with a bird on both sides.
