Round cloth of octagonal batiste with a wide border of bobbin lace with hearts formed by scrolling flower vines

Doily of natural-colored batist with a wide border of bobbin lace: ribbon lace. Round model with a small octagonal scalloped center of batist. The lace pattern consists of curling flower vines formed by narrow ribbons and is symmetrical with respect to one central axis. The vines form a heart along two opposite sides of the batist. The curls end alternately in a rosette flower or a pear-shaped flower, with a cut-out flower heart. The motifs are made in linen stitch and are connected to each other by a braid ground. Part of the petals are made in a lattice stitch. The scalloped edge along the outer edge of the doily comes from the pattern and is finished with a narrow ribbon with picots.
