Strip of natural-colored cotton with lace embroidery: English embroidery. The strip is built up from three strips. The middle one consists of a strip with four horizontal lines formed by running stitches and at the bottom a scallop border with triangular scallops in which hangs a sprig with three openwork daisies. A narrow zigzag band of cotton is sewn along the triangular scallops. On this zigzag band stands a row of closely placed 'berries' of openwork circles with a thick embroidered border around them. The top strip has a zigzag pattern of a continuous vine with leaves and daisies and in each triangular field that results from this stands a triangle formed by three daisies.
