About this work

Collar of natural-colored machine-made lace: etching lace. The lace imitates Brussels needle lace. U-shaped almost round model. The symmetrical pattern consists along the outer edge of winding flower vines with above them a row of C-scrolls. The inner edge consists of a series of small medallions and rosette flowers with four petals.
