Cast-iron fireplace plate with a semicircular top. A bust of Louis XIV stands centrally in a cartouche. Four medallions are placed in the corners of the cartouches, featuring a star, a dove, and two dolphins. To the left of the bust is the caduceus, to the right an arrow and bow, both attributes of Apollo. At the very top is the all-seeing eye. Below, a cartouche bears the inscription: LVDOVICVS XIV / FRANCIA ET NAVARRA / [REX CHRISTIANISSIMVS]
