Hearth plate with the Morning

Cast-iron fireplace plate with a trefoil-shaped upper section. Centrally, the personification of the Morning, a standing woman holding a basket. To her left grows a plant. To her right stands a gate (?). At the bottom of the scene is the inscription DER MORGEN. The whole is framed by a border decorated with a pearl border and two columns on the sides. The upper part of the frame has leafy scrolls. The top is crowned with a knob, with a C-scroll and a dolphin on each side.
