About this work
Strip of natural-colored needle lace, reticella, with edges of drawn thread work. Pattern consisting of one row of squares, each composed of four small squares. Each large square is crossed; at each intersection alternately a small densely worked and a large openwork circle. The top and bottom edges of the strip are finished with straight borders featuring open diamonds in drawn thread work.
