About this work

Veil or voile of natural-coloured mixed lace: lace embroidery of tambour work on machine-made tulle - Lier lace - in combination with applied bobbin lace. A rectangular tulle is scalloped on three sides and on one of the long sides decorated with a border of loose spiral vines (chain stitch) with roses (bobbin lace).
