Fichu of bobbin lace with garden fence

Fichu of natural-colored bobbin lace: Valenciennes lace. Model: a triangular back piece terminates abruptly in narrow ends. On a fine lattice ground, a square Valenciennes ground, stands a continuous, wavy contour-following 'garden fence' with crossed bars and regularly interrupted by a leaf palmette. Outer edge of a row of large, single and connected roses. In the middle, a branch growing from the right with a hanging rose. A winding branch with fine sprouts and some roses and leaves runs from one end to the other.
