Bed warmer with six-pointed star

The object consists of six parts: the pot, the lid, the hinge, the attachment piece for the handle, the handle, and the hanging ring. The handle is made of colored beech wood, the other parts of copper sheet. The pot has a round turned-over rim without reinforcement of iron wire. The attachment piece is riveted to the pot. The hinge, held together by a removable pin, is riveted to the attachment piece. In the domed lid, of which the center point remains visible, and which is turned over on the underside to a red copper reinforcement with a vertical rim, a six-pointed star is punched from a stamping mold with a sawed and granulated decoration in the shape of a daffodil in the intervening fields. The handle is profiled at the bottom, ribbed at the top, and has a knob in the shape of a vase at the end.
