About this work

Model of a winch for operating the sluices of lock gates, on a baseboard. The winch stands on four legs. With a crank on both sides, a gear mechanism inside is driven, which moves a rack with round pins instead of teeth up and down. A toothed wheel with a pawl on one side prevents the winch from running back. Scale 1:3 (derived).
