About this work

Right: cannon lock (flintlock) with brass housing and iron lock mechanism, cock and frizzen. For mounting on the cannon it has a pin at the front and a hole in the middle for a bolt. The frizzen has an overhanging lip up to the touchhole. The lanyard is led backwards between two rollers.
