About this work
A group of eight foolish persons, the Bacchus singers, sing and make music around a table in an inn. A woman blows on an animal horn, a man blows on a long drinking glass. To the right, a jester; to the left, a man crouching and vomiting. On the table, an open music book with musical notes in the form of food and drink. With an inscription of 6 lines in French and 6 lines in Dutch. Above the first three lines of the song with a musical staff.
