About this work

The forelegs of the bull end in crocodile heads. On the back of the bull rides a winged man. Leaf from a series of flat decorations with grotesques, cartouches, ovals, mascarons, putti, and fantastic creatures. The series consists of three title pages, two text pages with the dedication and preface, and 60 leaves, divided into three books.
