About this work

Luna, the moon, holding a hunting horn, sits in a chariot drawn through the sky by two girls. The sign of Cancer indicates those who belong to the sphere of influence of the moon. People born under this zodiac sign all do something with water. In the foreground fishermen are at work and someone is swimming. In the background ships are sailed by sailors. At the bottom in the margin a text in Latin about the children of Luna. This print is part of an album.
