About this work

Venus and Amor ride in a chariot through the sky, drawn by two birds. The signs of Libra and Taurus indicate which people belong to the sphere of influence of Venus. People born under this zodiac sign devote themselves to a pleasant life and eroticism. In a landscape people are feasting, bathing, making music, walking in pairs, or eating around a set table. At the bottom in the margin a text in Latin about the children of Venus. This print is part of an album.
