About this work
Woman in 'robe à la polonaise' of satin, trimmed with bands of a different color and trimmings of tulle. 'Manches en sabot'. Bonnet decorated with flowers and a rosette of brilliants in the front center, fastened with a twisted ribbon. Further accessories: bracelet, red shoes with heels and buckles. Print from series gg. 31st Cahier de Costumes Français, 24th suite d'habillements à la mode en 1780, Gallerie des Modes et Costumes Français.
