Below it the coats of arms of the dijkgraaf and five hoogheemraden serving in 1650, with the coat of arms of the hoogheemraadschap in the center. Beneath these coats of arms, a cartouche on the left with information about the hoogheemraadschap and on the right the coat of arms of the rentmeester/secretary serving in 1650. In the lower left a cartouche with information and the scale bar: "dese maet begrijpt 700 Schielantse roeden …" Two figures with surveying instruments surround the cartouche. In the lower right a cartouche with the names of the dijkgraven and hoogheemraden serving in 1650, 1660, and 1684.
