Right sheet of a large two-sheet depiction of the naval battle at Terheide (Battle of Katwijk) during the First English War between the States' fleet under Maarten Tromp and the English fleet under George Monck, 10 August 1653. In the background the coast of Holland from Wijk aan Zee to Scheveningen. In the foreground a sinking ship and drowning men in boats.
