About this work

Fichu of linen batiste, square and trimmed on two sides with Flandres à cinq trous bobbin lace. Model: square, double-folded and fastened at three places at the point with stitches. Provided with a piece of bias tape on which 'mej. G. Vis' is written in ink. Decoration: ruffled strip of bobbin lace. Scalloped and provided with floral motifs on a coarse ground.
