About this work

Strip of natural-coloured machine lace. The repeating pattern consists of downward hanging torchon-like fan motifs which, linked at the widest points, form the scalloped edge. The fans reach almost to the upper side of the very narrow strip and are connected to each other by a machine trellis ground.
