About this work
Strip of natural-coloured machine lace, machine Valenciennes lace. The repeating pattern consists of a row of smaller and a row of larger round shell shapes, where the larger ones also form the shell edge at the bottom. The motifs are connected to each other by a machine square Valenciennes ground. The top side of the strip is finished straight. The shell edge along the bottom side of the strip is finished with picots.
