About this work
Strip of natural-colored bobbin lace, Buckingham lace. The repeating pattern consists of a row of snowflakes in a mesh ground, a tulle ground. The snowflakes fill almost the entire width of the strip and are made in linen stitch. Along the top and bottom of the strip runs a very narrow straight band in linen stitch. The top and bottom of the strip are finished straight.
