Strip of bobbin lace with a fan shell under a pattern with a zigzag and leaf-shaped forms

Strip of natural-colored bobbin lace: strap lace. The pattern probably repeats, but the strip is too short to know for sure. The pattern consists at the bottom of the strip of two triangular fields, between which a fan-shaped motif is placed, which also forms a shell. The triangular fields are made with a trellis ground: a strap trellis ground. The fan is made in linen stitch with an openwork center line. Above this pattern runs a zigzag-band, made with strap trellis ground. The fields under the zigzag consist of a coarse plaited ground, with in each field one pair of motifs placed next to each other made in form stitch. A much flatter zigzag-line made with a plait between overlapping pairs repeats in a narrow band at the top of the strip, which is finished straight, with a narrow strip made with a strap trellis ground.
