About this work
Strip of natural-colored bobbin lace: collar lace. Pattern with four rows of diamonds and a row of triangles along the straight upper edge. Shell edge with pointed shells formed by the lower row of diamonds. The row of triangles at the top and the middle row of diamonds are made with a strop net ground in which four diamonds are in linen stitch (middle row) or a V-shaped motif in net stitch (in the triangles). The other diamonds are made in net stitch with a diamond in linen stitch in the center. The diamonds forming the shell edge have diagonal lines.
