Men in the Fiery Furnace

The Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar on horseback and surrounded by soldiers sees how Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego are miraculously assisted by a fourth figure in the burning furnace, which causes the king to decide to give the order for their rescue. In front of the furnace lie three men who were killed by the leaping flames of the hot fire. In the background kneeling figures around the golden image that Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego refused to worship. Above the image a title. Below it six lines of verse and a reference to Daniel 3: 23-24. The print is part of an album.
