Sheet with four oval images, each with inscription and date in Latin: top left Saint Eulalia at a cross, top right Saint Fusca bound to a stake and her caretaker Maura kneeling before an executioner, bottom left Saint Valentine being beaten by two men with sticks, bottom right Saint Antoninus of Sorrento being tormented by devils. This print is part of a series of prints depicting the saints and the Christian feast days of the year. Four scenes from one plate are always printed on one sheet. Including the corresponding title page and frontispiece, there are in total 124 plates (490 scenes). The three plates with the last 12 scenes (the moveable Christian feast days) are cut in the third state into 12 small plates, and issued with a separate title page.
