About this work

On a fine grid ground, a Mechelen ground (also called ice ground), stand aligned lying twigs, with three small roses attached; between them some scattered berry twigs. A border with open gridwork filling consists of interlocking spiral vines, among others with three roses and borders of campanulas, which form the shells. Mechelen lace.
